The SH38X side cases feature an expandable system that allows them to increase in size by up to +70 mm (40%), making it the smallest side case on the market for a modular helmet. To ensure smooth, even expansion, SHAD has developed a tensioned cable system with four guides integrated into the case frame (patent pending), creating DYNAMIC TENSIGRITY.
