The GIVI swingarm/chain guard for motorcycles consists of a plastic protection with a streamlined design and a dual protective function.

The section used as a chain guard covers the upper part of it and part of the sprocket, keeping these elements clean. At the same time, the section used as a swingarm prevents dirt kicked up from the road from soiling the side bags and, possibly, when travelling with a passenger, the passenger's trousers.
