Convenience stores, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists and lockers: relay points are local shops. So you can choose to have your order delivered to a relay point close to your home or workplace! Consignors are mainly located in high-traffic areas (train stations, shopping malls, city centers, etc.).

As soon as you drop off your parcel at a relay point or consignee, you'll receive an SMS and/or e-mail to let you know.
To collect your parcel, you will need to bring proof of identity and/or the PIN code previously received by SMS and/or e-mail, and your parcel will then be handed over to you. To collect your parcel from a left-luggage office, you will need the PIN code you received by SMS and/or e-mail and follow the instructions on the left-luggage office home screen.

Please note: most of the time, relay points and lockers are not supplied by carriers on Mondays (as many businesses are closed on this day). Consequently, the delivery time indicated (24h or 48h) takes into account the fact that Tuesday to Saturday are working days.
