You've received your parcel, but one or more products are missing? No matter which carrier made your delivery, you have 3 working days from the date of delivery to inform us.
But first, we invite you to :
- Check the inside of your parcel
To save space, our preparers can slip another item inside the packaging of a product. For example, a pair of gloves can be slipped inside the carton of a helmet.
- Check your invoice received by e-mail, which contains the items present when your parcel was shipped.
If the missing items do not appear on it, they will be delivered to you in a second parcel.
- Take a photograph if your parcel was damaged when you received it (carton ripped off, adhesive peeled off or missing, etc.).
Please note that you have the right to make a reservation about the parcel upon receipt, in order to have a possible recourse with the carrier.
If, after these checks, your product(s) cannot be found, simply fill in this document by hand:
missing product declaration
and send it, together with your ID and photos of the parcel, to contact@motoblouz.com.
