HELITE presents its Airbag e-TURTLE 2 version 2 electronic vest:

As part of its continuous improvement and compliance with the market, HELITE has released its e-TURTLE version 2.

The main changes are as follows:

New connectors for cartridge: MOLEX.

• New electronic box design for integration of the new battery
• Modifying the ignition button
• In terms of the vest''s outward appearance, there have been no changes compared to the V1.

Material:

• 100% polyester vest, 100% polyurethane airbag
• 3D MESH interior
• Comfortable soft neoprene collar
• Retroreflective strips on the back for visibility at night or in bad weather
  

• The airbag is located under the SAS-TEC level 2 back protector. This innovation offers a major improvement in back protection, reducing the risk of intrusion.
• The force of impacts is distributed throughout the airbag, considerably increasing energy absorption.

Electronics:

• The system uses multi-sensor detection to provide a complete analysis of the situation and 360° protection.

Autonomy:

• From 25h, about a week''s use. A USB cable is supplied with the vest to recharge it.

Detection time:

• 62 ms
  

Reconditioning:

• The MOLEX e-cartridge is quick and easy to replace yourself, in just a few minutes and at low cost.
• There are 2 cartridge sizes (60 CC, 100 CC), providing effective protection depending on the volume to be inflated in the air cushions.
• To find out the size of your cartridge, please refer to the label on your airbag vest or jacket

Adjustment:

• It adapts perfectly to all motorcycle equipment, and the width of the vest can be adjusted in three places.
• The buckles have been designed to withstand multiple inflations.
• The vest is easy to open and close, even when wearing gloves.

Certification:

• CE certified by ALIENOR CERTIFICATION, a recognized and independent body that certifies protective equipment for motorcyclists (PPE).

Options:

• For complete and optimum protection, we strongly recommend adding a second sensor to the motorcycle fork.
• This option divides detection time by 2 and covers more accidents: at standstill and at low speed.
